Asian cheese?

Food is my hobby and I read, watch, and listen to all sorts of culinary oriented media. I cannot recall ever coming across Asian/oriental/ far eastern cheeses. The only thing I can think of is Mongolians using Yak milk for a wide variety of cuisine.

I’ve lived in the Middle East and love halloumi and the different varieties of labneh and yogurt products... but don’t know if anything further East than that.

Any information is greatly appreciated, happy cooking.
