I hope I’m not breaking any rules by including a picture, and I realize you guys don’t usually answer food safety questions but any idea what the heck happened to my ham? It was bought as a fully cooked ham, that I heated up in the oven and this is what came out. I googled but no questions nor answers seemed to be what I was looking for. Any help or ideas I’d be thankful for.
