Hi all!
I have a friend who doesn’t do well with gluten and is also allergic to corn. I have a killer chocolate chip cookie recipe I wanted to make but need a suitable substitute for the flour. Turns out gluten free flour includes corn flour so that’s not an option, or at least I couldn’t find any that didn’t have corn flour in it.
Could I just use something like rice flour? I appreciate any help!
