I have an 18 pound turkey for Thanksgiving and unfortunately, it came out of the freezer a day later than intended. My mom is convinced it's ruined and that we need to buy one prepared, but I'm not ready to give up on our bird yet!
Is there anything I can do to save it by Thanksgiving? It's in the refrigerator for now, and I've never done this before, so any tips are appreciated.
