How to store Japanese A5

Hi group, My four friends and I are thinking of purchasing the Costco 12lbs a5 wagyu. It comes frozen next day air. We obviously won't be able to eat all that meat. It's not a good idea to thaw and refreeze since it will damage the meat. Any suggestions on how to break it down while frozen? I don't think costco meat dept will do it nor will local butcher. Suggestions? Thx
