My first time cooking a full turkey! My mom wants me to try cooking it upright instead of just...lying it down as she usually does. Is there a difference in the way you cook a turkey when it goes in vertically? Or is it basically the same? I don't want to be the reason the family turkey is messed up! I welcome other tips as well to make a solid turkey.
