I am making a gingerbread house and I have some delicate parts (bay windows, towers, etc.) that I would prefer to make out of pastillage instead of gingerbread. Could I form these, let them fully harden, and then pour hot isomalt into them to make windows? Or would the hot isomalt mess with the pastillage?
