Can I make chicken katsu without flour?

Hello, first time poster here. My boyfriend and I wanted to make a chicken katsu and Japanese curry for dinner tonight. We just got back from the store and realized we didn’t grab any flour!

Will the chicken turn out just fine if we just use egg and Panko? We don’t have any flour alternatives, or cornstarch or anything like that since we just moved and are still building up our food supplies.

So will egg and panko do it, or should we go back to the store?
