Really specific equipment request: A non-stick safe whisk that I can sit on the edge of a pan without it either falling off the pan or into the sauce.
I just want to be able to sit my whisk on the edge of the pan and have it stay there. Almost all of them have a heavier base than tangs and it drives me fucking crazy, because I sit it down, walk away, and suddenly it flips onto the floor. Or it slides down into the sauce. I can't be the only one who has this problem.
