For the past few years I've started to collect cookbooks. Specifically old ones (ie. pre-microwave and frozen food era).
I like to reproduce the recipes insofar as possible. The older the better. It's kinda fun reproducing a menu from a restaurant 100 years ago.
Are there any cookbooks that any of you might recommend I look for?
I dunno may one of the first editions of the joy of cooking as an example.
