I just ordered some nice Guajillo chiles. Usually I store dried chiles in a ziplock bag in the fridge, and would like to do the same with these.
But the bag they came in is nice. The outside is papery and the interior is foil. Would it be ok to store the peppers in fridge in this bag, or would it be better to rebag them?
