Help me plan a 4-5 course menu!

Help! I'm throwing a private dining event and I have to come up with a 4-5 course menu that:

  • can be prepped/ requires minimal work on the spot (because I want to interact with my guests)
  • can be plated nicely / semi-fancy
  • looks good in pictures

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
