Chicken nuggets are only 45% chicken and made from left overs?

i got to buy 20 chicken nuggets at the grocery store for only $1.50 which is really cheap. But upon reading the ingredients at home, it said it only contained 45% chicken and that it was separated meat. Which i assume are all the left overs from the chicken.

Reading this lowered my appetite, but i love the chicken nuggets from mcdonalds. Are the mcnuggets made of 100% chicken breast (minus the coating etc), or are they too made from scrap meat? I'm debating whether i should just toss away this batch of chicken nuggets or if i should eat it and turn my mind off, since i'm sure left over meats are used in hot dogs as well.

Hoping to get some answers. Thank you.
