My colleague asked me to make Oreshki cookies for her (it’s something I enjoy doing for my colleagues because it’s challenging and fun). The recipes I’ve found call for a walnut pan. I don’t want to purchase another pan. I have this Nordic Ware cakelet panNordic Ware cakelet pan. Has anyone made these before? Will this work? I also have a mini muffin pan and a ebelskiver pan. Would any of those work?
