I went to the supermarket and they had both ducks and geese. Is there a difference between them? I have been checking on YouTube and the web for recipes and this is a rather basic question, but I’m not very confident with such birds. Also, the prices were a little high for both and I wouldn’t want to buy the wrong bird.
