I have some asian style wing sauce (soy sauce, chili, garlic) that I want to put on chicken breasts or thighs that are prepared in a crock pot or instant pot.
What's the best way to approach this? Cook the chicken, shred it and remove bones, add wing sauce, stir it in, cook for another hour? Add it at the beginning? Not sure how to approach this without fucking up $10 worth of chicken.
