So I picked up some Lee Kum Kee brand oyster sauce for a recipe and tasted it and it tastes spicy about half what I would say Sriracha is like. I didn't see anything spicy in the ingredients. Am I missing something? I don't have hardly any allergies but it concerns me that maybe I found one as I have heard that description from people with mild allergies to food.
