Question about how to use leftover pork tenderloin

Hello everyone,

Just made 2 pork tenderloins and we didn't like the way they turned out with the recipe that we used.

The meat is fine, has decent flavor and is tender, it was the rest of the dish that was less than desirable.

What are some good and easy ways that we can repurpose this pork tenderloin tomorrow? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
