I always see "spicy teriyaki" at quick service restaurants like office complexes, malls, etc.
Although I can never pinpoint the flavors in it - although it's fairly similar at many spots - red, spicy, sweet, and a little vinegary.
Has anyone found a good recipe mimicking it?
