Hi im organizing my mom´s bday party and was planing on making some of the finger food but im having some trouble calculating quantities. They will be pretty simple with 1 slice of red onion, 1 slide of peppers and 1 cube of chicken. there will be other things to eat but the skewers should still serve around 30 to 40 people.
the skewers that i have are around 15 cm long so how much chicken breast and peppers do i need?
