In my understanding, tiramisu are made with mascarpone cheese, fresh eggs, ladyfingers and strong coffee.
My girlfriend is telling me the traditional way of making them necessarily includes alcohol.
The sources I've been looking on Internet say tiramisu may, or may not, include alcohol; even in Veneto, Italy, where tiramisu was born.
What’s the '*traditional* way'. What are your recipes?
