Are there authentic dishes that use steambaskets to cook noodles?

I found a lovely go-to gyoza steam bowel at my local supermarket. I wanted to recreate it thinking it would be a dish that's probably inspired by asian cuisine. But I am having a very hard time finding any dishes where the noodles are steamed (right before eating, steamed noodles that are then stir fried I can find plenty)

With noodles being such a staple in asian cuisine surely there are some dishes right? Can someone point me in the right direction here? And if there aren't any, I'm wondering if there is a technical reason for that
