I have...
1 bag of shelled walnuts
1 bag of lightly salted roasted mixed nuts
A huge pile of seasoning off of store bought honey roasted peanuts
I want to get the honey roasted yumminess to stick to the other nuts I bought instead of just trashing it but I have never roasted nuts before. How do I get the seasoning to stick? How long and what temperature do I put them in the oven? And can I put the lightly salted roasted mixed nuts have in the oven even though they were roasted before being purchased? I usually eat them over the course of a couple weeks so they need to be shelf stable for maybe up to two weeks?
