Last year I visited Florence and the Dolomites in Italy and ate a lot of cured meats there, I think most of them were salami/salami-style meats and I absolutely loved them.
Today while shopping in Tesco Ireland, I came across these:

They look very similar to what I had in Italy, but I’m not sure if these are supposed to be cooked or if you just eat them straight from the packet.
Also, would love some recommendations:
- Which salami/cured meat brands do you usually buy in Ireland?
- Any better places than Tesco for authentic Italian meats?
- Any favourites that taste similar to what you get in Italy?
