My girlfriend is gonna study Culinary Arts, I’m planning to gift her stuff that could help her in the beginning but also on the long run. I thought about books, I know must of them can be found digitally, but I want it to be meaningful and get them physical, already got The Professional Chef by CIA in the cart, but what other books would you recommend? Like the Dungeons and Dragons Rulebooks of Culinary Arts must-haves
