Past best before matchas, to be used in baked goods ?

Hello,

I recently helped a friend deep clean her house, and we found a selection of aromatised matchas (from bird and blend).

these are completely unopened, but long past due-date (2 years ! June 2024...)

I do not plan to drink them as the loss of quality would probably be quite noticeable, but would it be okay to use them in baked goods ? Or do I risk being intoxicated?
