Hey, y'all. Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I was looking for a proper name for the dish I've been making. I came up with it myself, but there's no way this hasn't been done before. I'd like to give it an actual name if possible.
It's a vermicelli rice noodle salad with cucumbers, carrots, red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, and usually shrimp and imitation crab. The dressing is peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin, garlic, ginger, and some other seasonings. The closest thing I can find is "bun tom" but it doesn't look quite right.
