I made the Chicken Mushroom strudel months ago and should have taken good notes, but I remember it seemed to only feed 4. The recipe calls for 2 packages and they are supposed to be rolled out to 12 x 15. The full recipe says it feeds 12 so I'm hoping to just make 1 since I only have 5 people coming.
