Please delete if this isn’t the right kind of post for this sub … but I’m a terrible judge of size/volume and ordered 3lb of sesame seeds online. It’s the largest quantity of sesame seeds I’ve ever seen with my own eyes. I do loves me some sesame seeds, but I won’t be able to make a dent in these before they get funky tasting. Can I freeze them, or will they thaw weirdly? 99% of the time I’m just sprinkling them on stuff raw, so I don’t want to end up compromising texture. Thanks for any and all tips and tricks for my sesame seed overwhelm!!
