Au gratin potatoes will have sat in the fridge for 48 hours before cooking. Is there any reason they would turn out bad?

I made a huge pan of au gratin potatoes and I ran out of gas about 2 minutes after I turned my oven on. Despite my best efforts to get my tank refilled, I was denied because everyone else needs a tank refill too apparently. I have a guy coming tomorrow and my poor potatoes will have sat there for 2 days by the time I get to bake them. Is there anything special I should do or not do?
