We’re doing something wrong. Multiple attempts and we just can’t seem to bake fluffy bread which would be ideal for dipping in a seasoned oil. We are using a kitchenaid mixer. Normal active dry yeast, not instant nor quick acting yeast. Using all purpose flour. Normal regular table salt. Normal granular sugar. I need a tip or video link to help us get over the hump.
