Hi there, this was my second time making honeycomb. First one turned out great, and now I tried experimenting a bit and adding cinnamon. Only thing is, once I added baking soda, it turned greenish gray. Could this be some reaction between baking soda and cinnamon, or I made a mistake somewhere else?
