I recently ordered some frozen foie gras slices but misunderstood the website and got twice as many pieces as I was expecting 😅
It’s delicious but one can only eat so much foie gras on its own. I’m curious if anyone thinks putting a piece or two into a stew recipe would be a crazy idea. It would add a fatty, rich flavor and certainly make it unique. Maybe right at the end to avoid overcooking it? Open to ideas and suggestions.
