I'll be in Hong Kong soon and yes I know Sichuan peppers are not traditional Cantonese fare but I assume being China adjacent and regarding spice trade history etc there might be merchants in HK who sell premium red and green Sichuan. If anyone knows where I could find it id really appreciate leads. Thanks!
