Mashed potatoes for potluck

Hey everyone, I am making a large batch of mashed potatoes for my companies yearly Thanksgiving potluck, I usually get to work around 7 and the potluck doesn't start until about 12, I'm trying to figure out how to keep it warm for almost 5.5 hours without it turning gluey, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
