Hello,i have been trying to achieve the breading of a fried chicken from a restaurant close to my home.
This is how it looks:

- I have tried wet,dry,wet,dry or just wet,dry with different techniques and ingredients but nothing comes close to that cruggy breading.What am i doing wrong?
