I'm new to chocolate making and just "mastered" (quotations because it's more like "finally didn't mess up") tempering. So, now I'm on to some fun fillings! I've already tried caramels, peanut butter, and simple chocolate ganaches.
I passed by the Jell-o instant pudding mixes at the store and thought hey, that might be a fun way to get an easy flavor into the filling! Maybe as a mousse? Is this possible? I picked up banana and cheesecake flavors.
Anyone know any way to make this work or is it a no? How can I make it shelf stable?
