Looking for ideas on cooking thing pre sliced duck breast

Picked up some thinly sliced duck breast from an Asian market. They’re circular pieces. Kinda looks 50% fat 50% meat. There is no skin just fat intertwined. I want it to be tasty but I am not sure what I should do to cook this nice. Should I sear it on a low heat after I season it? Cook in broth? Cook in teriyaki sauce? Help :)
