Any ideas on how to make a fish filet in sauce to freeze as a ready meal for later just like an item I got at the store?
I love this idea of freezing fish in a sauce to cook it later. I had the Private Selection Tilapia Marinated in Garlic Butter and it was really good. The ingredients are so simple I just need a little help recreating it (Tilapia, Garlic Butter Sauce which is water, milk, butter, garlic, and salt) . Any ideas on steps? Proportions? Can I just stick a raw fish filet in a bag with sauce and freeze it to cook for later? I just feel like I'm oversimplifying it.
