I made this extract in March 2012 originally with 100% vodka. Last year I stopped up about 50% with ever clear. I've seen some sedimentation before but never this slime.
It reminds me of Scooby but I'm not sure. Everything smells fine but I don't want to ruin my birthday cake (orange marmalade and berries with a marscapone frosting).
