Pierogi baking

I normally make homemade baked pierogi in the oven and add a little egg on the dough before throwing it into the oven. Due to the weather in my area I’m trying to avoid using the oven.

What method of cooking these would get me the closet to that baked texture? Most of what I’ve found online are for heating frozen pierogi.
