I was chopping up chicken liver and noticed many tiny holes in it. Then eventually found a worm - it was long, and kind of tangled up in a ball, dead. I have been eating chicken liver twice a month for many years and I have never found parasites. I got rid of it immediately so I have no pictures but I wonder if it's something I should report, or if it's normal to occasionally see in offal meat? The package looked fine, and it was from a store that sells high quality products.
