If Michelin star restaurants use healthy ingredients, could you share your perspectives on the health aspect of eating every meal of your life at one? What are the long term health consequences even if they use the healthiest of the ingredients?
I was discussing with somebody about nutritional value and eating at home compared to outside, and the point about eating at a Michelin star everyday came up, that they use fresh ingredients. But i still think they focus more on taste than nutritional value. Is that true? What would be the health consequences if you were to eat at a Michelin star restaurant everyday? (barring cost ofc)
