OK to put baking soda in spaghetti sauce to make it less acidic? For those with acid issues in stomach. Will it make it taste nasty?

And what about the noodles? What type of noodles do I need to get to get more of an alkaline noodle instead of acidic? Because even whole-grain pasta is acidic. Should I cook the noodles with baking soda as well?
