Is this an AI recipe? What changes should I make if so?

I'm sorry if this is dumb to ask. My mom saw a recipe on FB and wanted me to make it for her. I'm pretty sure it's AI but I still think I could use it as a guide.

First thing I will do is add salt to everything since it doesn't mention that at all, I also think the cornstarch slurry for the sauce seems dumb, I'd imagine a honey sauce will be thick enough. Any other suggestions?
