Any thoughts on Flat Iron steaks?

Does anyone have any advice on how cook a flat iron steak? I have cooked a lot of lamb shoulder steaks but never beef.

Which method of cooking have you had success with? [Just for reference I need to cook this indoors as a grill will not be possible for me to do this weekend.]

Should I pan sear it and finish in the oven? Sous vide? Broil?

I’m really open to any suggestions, it doesn’t need to be a simple method. Thank you guys ib advance!!
