My favourite salt is no longer available from the store I used to buy it at. I haven't been able to find anything comparable and I'm getting desperate.

The salt I'm looking for has thick flat soft flakes. The texture is so nice to pinch out of a container and it has a nice little crunch. It's been my all purpose salt for years until the bulk store that I bought it from discontinued it.
I tried replacing it with Maldon salt, but it's not the same. The crystals are too fine and delicate. Coarse sea salt was way too big and takes too long to dissolve.
If I can find out what this salt is called I would spend an unreasonable amount to buy a big bag of it. I've considered trying to dissolve and evaporate the coarse sea salt into something similar, but I'm worried it will turn out like the Maldon. It's probably been a year that I've been living without it and I can't get over it. I just happened to find a small bag of it while cleaning so that I could get a picture.
Edit: I'm in Canada, so I may not have the same grocery store options. I'm looking for a specific brand or type of salt that I'll probably have to order online.
