I'm sure I did a million things wrong here. But here's what I did. I took the carcass and all of the leftover meat, skin, etc and threw it in the slow cooker. Covered with water and just let it go all day. Strained everything out afterward and tossed in the fridge. And now I have a giant bowl full of jelly. I was hoping for, you know, stock.
Edit: Okay so this was my first attempt at making any kind of stock. So when I think of stock I think of that thin meat flavored liquid that you get in a jug. My concept of stock has been forever changed, thank you
