Hello!
I’m not a chef or anything but does anyone know how to make marinara sauce less acidic? Especially canned ones? I have a pathetic digestive system and when I eat certain marinara sauces that are more acidic, I get horrible burning and cramping in my stomach. I’ve tried cooking it for longer periods and adding sugar but that didn’t help much at all.
Any other suggestions or brand recommendations? I live in the USA if that helps.
