Could this be a good flavor combo?

I want to use a Marsala wine sabayon and blueberry compote with sumac in it in a dish. I tried some components together and I think it works but I’ve never seen them used together. Am I crazy for liking it? Is it a weird combo? Should I stop myself? lol
